i found the hotel close to the airport. the reception staff helped quickly with check-in. the provided airport shuttle runs efficiently. i thought the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.
i thought the water bottles charge from the mini-bar felt a little like a cheat. it could be clearer what water is complimentary.

the gym provides good equipment, and i spotted treadmills plus stationary bikes. the pool appears modern and clean, and it has a relaxing area. i saw a lot of good local Thai food nearby too.

the free airport shuttle service was very helpful. it departs hourly and , made getting to the airport stress-free. the reception team were helpful with all my requests. they went the extra mile.
the gym have no air-conditioning . it felt hot like outside. i couldn't use the gym, and there is also no business center available. it is unusual as i expect even a 4-star hotel to provide computer access.

the staff are polite and attentive, and this attitude makes you feel welcome. the night receptionist ensured i got to my room quickly. the transfer service to the airport ran smoothly, i was very happy.
the rooms were very spacious and clean i also found the free airport shuttle a great help with early morning flights the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and i liked the asian options the staff was friendly and efficient during check in and check out.
the pillows were a bit too firm for my liking it made getting a good night's sleep slightly difficult i would have preferred softer options
